  • Choose your rental product, select your dates, and we will deliver to your location. 

  • We offer mobile scooters, wheelchairs, and walker Rollators. You can choose from various sizes to fit your needs. 

  • No- we currently don't have a store front. All reservations are online based.

    If you would like to pick up and drop off your gear for free at your convenience, we currently have a location that you may do so upon request. 

  • We deliver island wide on the island of Oahu, Hawaii– Waikiki, Ko Olina, Honolulu, Kailua, Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe, Makaha, Waialua, Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Waianae.

    North Shore, Kahuku, Laie will be an  additional delivery surcharge of $60. 

  • Our rental rates vary depending on the type of mobility products, rental duration, and delivery/ pick up. 

  • We have a reservation based pick-up location that is located near the Honolulu airport. This option will be free of charge for pick up and drop off of the rental item. Please be sure that items reserved will be able to fit in your vehicle.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to be sure you are able to secure the mobile equipment you need to make your travel experience as stress-free as possible.

  • The reservation starts on the first day of the rental period. 

  • Reservations that are cancelled before the 48-hour rental date, will result in a full refund. Any cancellation after the 48-hour rental date, will be refunded 50% of the rental fees paid. This includes no-shows and same day reservation cancellations.

  • We have a 3 day minimum rental period. If your reservation is less than the minimum period, you'll be charge for the 3 day rental period. 

  • Yes, you may rent for 1 or 2 days with the 3 day minimum charge. 

  • Yes, we do! Any reservation placed less than 24-hours of your reservation date, will be charged an additional $20 fee. 

  • Once the reservation starts, there are no refunds for any unused days.  

Hele was AMAZING!!!!!!!

We arrived to Hawaii with everything we thought we needed for our vacation. We had a few days booked in Honolulu then would go on a cruise. My husband, who was using a knee scooter for his disability found the scooter was not going to be adequate. 

We then ried to rent an electric scooter through the cruise line but they were out of them. We found HeleMobility in n yelp. We had thought we would go with someone with more reviews but they were all closed on Saturday....so we called Hele.


Brandi from Heli was AMAZING!!!!!! She cared! She helped problem solve what looked like a hopeless long shot. She got us the scooter. Delivered it to our hotel, did not overcharge or take advantage of us. We are so grateful!!!!! The scooter made a huge difference for us. Thank you Brandi and all of your team!!!!!

Definitely recommended.

Friend needed a scooter rental for the weekend as we were staying in Waikiki for a wedding. Since it was at the Hilton Hawaiian property it was easier to rent a scooter so he didn't need to use crunches to get around since the property is big. Contacted Hele Mobility. Spoke to Brandy, she was very helpful and helped me set up an appointment to drop off and pick up the scooter at the hotel. Prices are reasonable. The scooter we got she said was brand new! It came fully charge which was great since we didn't need to charge it at all since it was a quick stay in Waikiki. Definitely recommended.

DescriptionOn our recent trip to Hawaii, I had the need to rent a scooter. I used Hele Mobility and was so very pleased with their service and the kindness of the owner. The ease of use was great. They delivered the scooter to Disney's Aulani and picked it up without incident. They were more than accommodating and even came late to pick it up allowing me to get around on my vacation for as long as possible before having to go home. I would highly recommend this company should you find yourself in need of a scooter. The price was more than reasonable. The equipment was clean and in good condition. I can't say enough good about this company.
